Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me with this soundtrack. The music that plays at 21:41- 22:30 I was wondering if anyone knew the name of it

It's a variation of "Surprising Truth" (Kyougaku no Shinjitsu) by Katsuo Ohno which is Track 20 of the Detective Conan Original Soundtrack Super Best 2.
