hey i am new here and wish you can help me, what can i post here , and where can i post things about episodes of conan

i don't know what do you refer to by "here" but I think you can post anything in this forum as long as it fits with the section.

(and it's not something rude or unpleasant and kind of it)

and if you want to post anything about DC episodes, you can post in detective conan's sections.

like in anime series section or in general section

It's as the tabs/ threads are labeled. If you make a mistake, it's fine. The moderators are nice and friendly so if you put posts on the wrong section, they will tell you (while redirecting your post as well).
