When is the last movie coming out and does it tell us about the leader of the black orgintion ?

If last mean latest then its Private Eye in the Distant Sea which release in Japan in April 20, 2013

 

But no. The boss reveal will come from manga first because it is the original story. anime is just adaptation and movies are side stories

I believe s/he means the last movie as in the 'last' final movie. Or so. But I agree.

The 'final' movie will come out the year the anime and manga end, most likely. There has only been one Black Org. related movie so far, and I don't think they intend to use the group often. If the org is in the last movie, it will have to be set before the final events of the series, or end up being an 'it was all a dream' cliche.
