XD Please keep it clean in language (censored) UNLESS it makes the story more dramatic and entertaining. You can moving to another town. Ex: You can move from Beika to Liberty City and vice versa. DONT KILL OFF OTHER MEMBERS' CHARACTERS,- ex-if you are A, you cant kill off B without his/her permission, if B wants to die off the story, He must be killed by someone that is NOT a member or kill himself. Keep everything at PG13 as most of the people here are underage. You can't attack the other characters if they was on other city. Ex: A can't attack B if she in Beika and he in Liberty City Keep things semi realistic.
