How many episodes must I watch in order to fully understand the 13th movie (The Raven Chaser)??

Unlike the other movies (1~12), the 13th was a bit hard to understand, with Vermouth, Chianti, and all the new Black Organisation members that I still haven't really heard of (am on Episode 251).. : P

The movies are non-manga based so all you need to know are the basic information or:

- watch the Black Organization-related episodes before the airing of Movie 13. The episodes that aired before April 18, 2009 end in episode 529.

I would want to help point out the Black Organization-related episodes but I really have no idea (now). :3

Do you know in which episode Conan first finds out about Vermouth??

According to the Sharon Vineyard, a.k.a. Vermouth, wiki, she first appeared in episode 176.

Yea, I saw that episode but I don't think I remember Conan recognizing her..

It's fairly best not to get excited in the Black Organization plot. You'll probably have to suffer waiting for the anime after watching all the episodes.

Use Detective Conan to kill time, positively. :3

(That's what I did when I wanted to understand Movie 13. :> )
