But I wonder why they're doing them... You;d think they would start with Miku, seeing how she's the most popular. :mellow:

Who knows. Meiko and Kaito were Vocaloid 1, right? So they probably translated so. Then gave up.

Lol, you've been looking in the wrong places. There's still a whole depth in other songs that Vocaloid will never be able to fully emulate. And also, the voices. God, the voices.

It has an english patch, and its almost like Vocaloid...

It should work like Vocaloid.

Only one thing.

You cannot load Vocaloid voice banks into it.

They shouldn't have an english voicebank. But, some UTAUS made by the user

may contain english. I heard theres a way....to make them sing fluent english...

he VOCALOID editor software was originally made by Yamaha, and therefore, it’s in english. Crypton is just a company who made the Voice Libraries (Hatsune Miku and the others) and they made a Japanese User Interface ON TOP of the English ones. The solution? Simple, just get rid of the Japanese User Interfaces and you’ll get an English User Interface. How are we going to do that?

Firstly, go to your VOCALOID installation folder (For example, the most common ones are C:\Program Files\VOCALOID2\)

And then, find the file “VOCALOID2_Japanese.dll”

Rename it into “VOCALOID2_Japanese.bak”

You could also delete it if you want, but we’ll just rename it so if anything bad happens we could change it back into “VOCALOID2_Japanese.dll”

In case anything happens or if you want to change it back into Japanese, just rename the “VOCALOID2_Japanese.bak” file into “VOCALOID_Japanese.dll”

And you’re done! Enjoy the English VOCALOID editor!

Gomen for being a jerk but :'Neru and Haku (fanloids)'

Many vocaloids fan would actually be mad if you call them fanloids cause they're just nothing more than voicebanks created with UTAU or similar programs. Vocaloid quality is much better and is actually made by voice actors and not your own voice like UTAU.

Vocaloid is expensive but worth it ... Okay I'm a real jerk :( Saying all this stuff even if I have a cracked one .

For one, Neru and Haku was made with Vocaloid (I know Haku's voicebank was made using Miku's, or something along those line, and though I'm not quite sure with Neru, her voicebank was made in a similar fashion) and were adopted by Crypton. Plus, a lot people like them both (while they're not my faves, I still like them).

They don't come in English, so you need an additional 2 folders to patch it.

They come with an set voice-bank, so you have to download custom voicebanks and

pictures.

I did once have UTAU but I couldn't remove it from my pc ... There was a bug .
