    I have two essay deadlines and 2 final exams to go then I'm back to a full-time job until school starts again. Not that I'm complaining since I get paid and no home works but...I'm graduating soon and I still don't know how to adult yet *laughs* that's why planning to extend my stay at the university.

    And I don't know what a vacation is because I'm broke.

    As some of you might not be aware yet, I was a typesetter for Souka, the group that continued where DCTP left off manga-wise. What happened was our raw provider and translator went MIA, our remaining translator left because her interest in Conan has faded. Honestly, my interest in Conan has also faded, but I still wanted to continue releasing the chapters, if only I knew Japanese. In short, I'm sorta kinda the only member left, and I just need a translator to be able to continue. But so far, my efforts to look for one have been futile.

     

    This may sound crazy, but I kinda sorta wanna revive the DCW Podcast. I'll host it, but there should be a co-host. It's probably one way to make people active again and lure new people coz we have cookies! What do you guys think? HOWEVER, I WILL KICK THE NIPPLES OF ANYONE THAT WILL OPPOSE THIS IDEA. UNDERSTAND?

     

    DC is such a wordy series and it's really intimidating to translate for it so I can't either. :D However, I can be your podcast co-host, NOT! Goodluck in finding people though.

    On my mind: I have now been awake for a bit longer than 28 hours straight! 20 of these hours I spent working on a rather big school project of mine. I have learned one thing: don't wait until the last moment to begin on your projects!

    I just worked on an assignment on the last minute last night too! I just never learn.

     

    Aw, and here I was hoping you would stay by your own free will. q: It's unfortunate you won't, for now I may just have to resort to violence in order to make you not leave...

     

    Or I'll use a magic charm on you. Whichever works best!

    Just call my name and I'll be there. xD

    Will this mean a return to DCW? Also, I keep forgetting where I'm at in the story, making it difficult to follow it.. s:

    All I know was that I was about halfway or something so I started from there but I skipped the Anime original and the less important episodes.

    I cheated. Hahaha!

    But back as in actively back probably not. I'll definitely be here lurking though whenever there's a new file to look at.

    I just found out that there will be a death note movie

    WB will make it

    Hope it lives up to the anime

    I don't know. Japanese anime/manga series adapted into a Hollywood movie usually doesn't come out as good so I'll keep my expectations low.

    im still wondering how they will handle that scene where the guys head is torn of his body by a car, i know its fake but still

    I was wondering about that too when I read that particular chapter! Reminds me of how they horribly censored Terra Formars which was a late night anime, what more with Detective Conan.

    That aside, is Crunchyroll even planning to sub and post all the episodes from the beginning?

    It appears that「浅」means light or shallow or it could also mean disgraceful as in 浅ましい (Asamashii).

    「香」basically means scent or fragrance as in 香り... Not sure where I'm going with this but given the meaning of his/her name, I think Asaka is probably not a nickname given by Amanda but it still depends on her knowledge of the language, noting that she's most likely non-Japanese who is a fan Kohji Haneda either through chess or shogi.

    Friendly reminder: I know this is just internet and you can do whatever the hell you want pero sana ingat lang. I understand that you're trying to sound casual pero the "hoy" sounded a little disrespectful. Just so you know kahit common ang paggamit ng "hoy" sa ating mga pinoy, it should not be used to greet people for the first time online and especially irl. Saves you from bad first impression.
