Yeah it was for Expo '58
With that there were built other things as well, such as the Heizel, the Japanese tower, the Chinese Pavilion, the American theater (I'm not sure about this one, I haven't seen it yet). I went to the tower and the pavilion a few weeks ago. And yes here it is: http://jushou-sha.blogspot.com/
