I haven't even started the meme yet, so I got nothing to show you.... As for the writing, I know because since I use a laptop, writing is very hard to do with a laptop mouse. I would just type it, but I'm using dA muro (since I don't have access to anything else like Photoshop) and I have no clue if it's possible.
