Um... Rozen Maiden? That's a pretty good anime... It has a good amount of comedy, though it gets a bit more serious sometime in the second season. Oh! Princess Tutu! I loved~ that one! XD It's a great anime! ^^

Lucky Star? It's slice of life (and completely random on that note), and it's pretty good.
