Chaos stormed into the room about five minutes after Rin had phoned him. He questioned, "Are you sure everything you said is gone is gone?"
She reassured, "I'm sure. If you don't believe me, go look for yourself."
As he began to walk around the room, looking for the files she failed to find herself, her eyes followed his every move, silently hoping he wouldn't notice the files she had re-hidden. After he finished, he walked over to the computer and turned it on before seeing the message that told the user there was no documents there. Just as he had did this, a woman, in her early thirties, entered the room. "Oh, Chaos, you're here? What do you need? More files," she asked.
He calmly walked to her before grabbing her by the collar of her shirt and demanded in a low growl, "Where were you?"
She stuttered, "I-I was on my lunch break...."
He continued, his anger becoming more apparent as he spoke, "And what took you so long?"
She answered, a small amount of fear detected in her voice, "I-I was talking to some friends...."
"Well while you were on your lunch break, taking your sweet time, the enemy managed to steal all the files having to do with them and DELETED THE ENTIRE DATABASE," he screamed at her as he threw her to the ground.
Rin rushed to the woman's side and helped her up. She shouted, "Chaos! It wasn't her fault! She didn't know!"
He demanded, "Are you talking back to your superior?"
She retorted, "And what if I am?"
He raised his hand before slapping her, causing her glasses to fall of from the impact. He yelled, "You are NOT to talk back to me! Do you understand?!"
She sighed before responding, "Yes sir..."
He let out a sigh as well before turning to the woman and asking, "Is there a way to get the database back?"
She answered, "Depends on if they did a good enough job deleting it. But I can try to recover it."
"Good. Go do it," he ordered, "Rin, make sure she does it. If not...."
She could get what he was implying. "Got it," she said.
He left the room a second later. The woman turned to her and apologized, "Sorry you had to get hit because of my carelessness...."
Rin smiled, "It's ok, really. I just thought that it wasn't fair to yell at you when you didn't know."
The woman muttered, "Nothing's fair in Hell darling...."
"Hm?"
"Oh nothing~! Now I better get started on retrieving those files. You can sit over there."
The woman pointed to a seat. She smiled at her once more before sitting down in the said chair, picking up her glasses along the way. She glanced over at the hiding spot of the files, which happened to be right next to where she was sitting and asked, "Do you mind if I read some of the archives while I wait? Just to pass time."
Without turning to her, she responded, "Sure, go ahead; that's what they're there for."
She sneakily reached into the hiding spot and grabbed the three files. Laying them on her lap, she thought I'll leave Misaki for last. So let's start with Aeyra....
