  1. That would...be an interesting theory...
  2. You have classes? Wait, wait, wait, how in the world do you have classes? Unless you live in Asia or something...but, wait, why would you have classes on (I'm guessing) a Saturday?

  3. The purpose of double-posting with the second one only holding a period? We were sued once for linking videos, which is why you can't see them. I think that Maurice said some time ago that we may be able to start doing it again, but for the time being, go to dctp.ws, where you can find the latest manga scans (in English) with the episodes they've been subbing. They've been doing wonderful work and will be converting a Detective Conan game into English, along with the latest Detective Conan Movie: Quarter of Silence. Welcome to DCW! It's extraordinarily fun, but just a note, most members here are crazy. Maurice is the founder of this site, and he is a guy. We have three mods here as well. Currently (at date of post), the member with the second largest amount of posts in Mohorovicic. He is known for changing his username frequently. The two most popular names so far have been Mohorovicic and xXLeration. He has a changing sig and avatar, so no, your computer is not going crazy. He changes his member title as well. Recently, he decided to leave due to real life getting in the way. We all hope he comes back some day. Officer Kaoko is another member you want to know. Her current member title is DCW's Best Dancer. She has an excellent reputation. Let's see, we also have Aeyra, real name Amy Z. She's a math freak (yes, she does admit this), and is probably DCW's best source for anything to do with numbers. She (used to) constantly harasses Mohorovicic for changing his username so frequently. Akakata, formerly known as Chelseaj500. What to say about her? She has an...interesting laugh, one that imitates Akako. She also writes fanfiction. She is the author of Into the World of Detective Conan, which some of you may have heard of. Detective Kudo is probably the most experienced out of all of us with deductions, as he has made absolutely superb ones. If you've got any riddles or mysteries you want to test, he's the guy you go to. Then there's me. I've made the record for quickest to reach 500 posts...and 1000...and 2000...and 3000...and 4000... I write Fanfiction as tonsostuff. I have the most posts and am one of the more active members online. My identity is, as you may have already guessed, unknown. Misaki-chan is one of our quickest and most frequent posters here, though a few newer members are catching up. We’ve really had quite a flood of them recently...not that that’s a bad thing. There are a lot of other people that you might like to meet: -Stradivarius -Meitantei Holmes -Xevar -Sayomi -Cammy3131 -crimsonsynchro -Chekhov (mod) -Southpaw (mod) -CarpetCrawler (mod) -karan -Savior -Kid the Phantom Thief ...amongst many others. Everybody from DCW hopes you have fun! Other VERY Important Info: Member TItle: 0 posts --> Newbie 5 posts --> Member 30+ posts --> Advanced Member 500+ posts --> Whatever you want (as long as it's appropriate). As you see, a lot of us have things like "DCW's Best..." "DCW's..." etc. 500 posts may seem like a lot, but if you put time and effort into it, you can get there really quickly (I'm a prime example of that, got there in, um, 4 days). Reputation: Reputation is a representation of how popular the member is (or sometimes, how good their posts are). As Mohorovicic says,
  4. I was making a Keynote/PowerPoint for class and I was using this one song for it, so I played it over and over and over and over and over and over and...you get the point.
  5. ... Things to buy (not in order): 1) Better guitar 2) Guitar lessons 3) Book 4) Quarter of Silence 5) Better macbook 6) Sony vegas (maybe) 7) Doritos. 8) Everything else I haven't thought of
  6. Well, I thought there wasn't anyone on so I decided to go back to strumming my guitar. :P

    How are you?

  7. You're the first one I've met who likes Chinese herbs...and because they are bitter...but yes, they do cure most illnesses, but they taste horrible. They put bugs and stuff in it, then brew it. Either that or there's this travelling medicine that comes in packets...those taste bitter as well...
  8. I HATE MY G-STRING, IT REFUSES TO TIGHTEN ITSELF!!! But I still love randomly strumming on my guitar.
  9. KKLT, didn't I tell you the secret for finding what she's saying? *sighs* INVISIBLE INK ^ There's something here. It's up to you to figure it out. And a hint?
  10. Welcome to DCW! Write an intro, post around, have fun, and become active!

  11. Lyrics to Riding on the Stars: 10% done Lyrics to LifeType2 (or something like that): 0% (I have no inspiration) *sighs* I've been strumming on my guitar randomly for the past half hour. I feel bored...
  12. Nice. That's what I thought.

  13. It's true that Gosho Aoyama has a lot on his mind and this was probably the easier choice. Childhood pairings are used quite frequently in mangas. The relationship is...possible, but I personally think it's unlikely. 100% agreed. As for me, I think that childhood pairings are interesting in the manga since we get to see everything that's happened between two characters throughout their entire lifetime, and it's sweet as well, but I think in real life, the chances of it happening would be extraordinarily low. I grew up moving from country to country and the chances are that most people have moved at least once or twice. The amount of TCKs (Third Culture Kids) is increasing, so the chances of us being able to have a so-called "childhood friend" automatically goes down. I must say, I'm getting kind of annoyed at childhood pairings now. Gosho Aoyama has used them a bit too much.
  14. Or did she? :P The accuracy of things is to be doubted at all times.

  15. ^ Misaki-chan, DON'T USE WHITE INK, IT'S INSULTING THE ART OF INVISIBLE INK.
  16. LOL. The typical band: - 2 guitarists (often main vocalists, but doesn't have to be that way) - 2 vocalists (sometimes playing an instrument) - 1 pianist/keyboard - 1 drummer But for our band, I think it would be something like what you said above. We can have more... Oh wait, we should be discussing this on our own topic, never mind...
  17. Well, I was using that song for a project and my teacher didn't say that my timing on how long each slide lasted was great for nothing.
  18. Welcome to DCW! Write an intro, post around, have fun, and become active!

    And...Balthazar? This: :P

  19. I can survive on 2 songs as long as they're good. But I just downloaded the entire DC album together. *chuckles* I have a song that was played over a thousand times...
  20. Hmm...why does it seem that all bands are composed of 4 people? O.o
  21. Well, it's true that a lot of the religions have similar beliefs...

  22. Hmm, I guess so. Well, hope you come to a definite conclusion soon.
