Click the little magnifying glass next to the torrenting app and it'll lead you to a Finder window. Right click the video and select an application to play it with (I recommend VLC since it seems that torrents don't like the other applications and decide to not have any sound in them).

You mean your thing is seeding? It's done, it's just helping others load faster. The more seeds the faster it loads.
