Chelsea, why in the world are you apologizing? You're not annoying me in any way or form. You're my friend and I'd give up an entire night of sleep to help you through this. There's nothing to be sorry for -- it's what friends do. Don't apologize to me. I know you may not want to hear it but I'll tell you anyways. You are an absolutely amazing person and deserve the ...

Chelsea, how can it NOT hurt? Sure, last month I knew worse things had happened to other people. I knew their were people starving out there. But the thing is, the problem I was facing was MY problem and that just made it all the more real. You can tell yourself a million times that there's been worse but that won't stop you from feeling the pain. I know that too well.

...yourself cry. Give yourself time to think, time to be away from everyone, time to consider, time to put it all into perspective. Last month I felt like everything I believed in and trusted in fell apart and I didn't have the privacy to let my emotions out. Keeping your emotions locked inside isn't good. I recommend you sleep. Escape for a while, then rethink it.

It's alright. Everyone feels like the world is toppling down sometimes. And God gives you only what you can take. I know you can handle this Chelsea, I understand how you feel when everything is just crumbling to dust beneath your feet and all you ever held out for somehow defied itself and changed. Don't feel sorry about this -- it isn't your fault. Let your emotions out, let yours...

Life always is, but you have to move on. Our eyes are placed in the front of our head for a reason -- so we can look forward. It's not easy being anybody. If you look at someone closely you'll find that everyone's struggling and to them it feels like they have the weight of the world on their shoulders. Stick with those friends you trust and you'll make it through...

Then there's really only one choice. Tell them exactly how you feel; no shortcuts. Soften your words so you don't yell at them but tell them directly that you're absolutely sick of it and that you thought your friendship meant more to them than that. It will be tough, but it's better than feeling put down every day because your 'friends' are making you miserable.

Do you know why they tease you for that? Have you tried just simply telling them to stop? Chelsea, I don't know your friends but if all they do is tease you relentlessly they may not be very good friends.

Not to me. But the guys in my class used to tease me about anime and manga a lot...until they started watching and reading it. Maybe your friend feels a need to tease you because she's uncomfortable with it. Maybe you should introduce her to it (as I introduced DC to Sam) and you might need to make time for her. Your friends IRL are just as important and I'm sure we'd all agree.

Hmm. How about asking he to spend some time with you when you're away from the computer and try to tell her your thoughts that way? It might work better if it's one-on-one.

He was? I thought you said DCTP...wait, does this mean you remember who it was?
If it makes you feel better, go ahead. Did something bad happen?
