Sometimes I get early emails from a client like, "WTF?! THIS ISN'T F**KING WORKING! GET THIS DONE RIGHT OR YOU DON'T GET PAID!" albeit in a kinder way, though. So, I get to work. People who are hit suddenly with pain are not as well prepared as the "disabled children" you mentioned, who shouldered such pain since their childhood. They may not be as well prepared.
