I do agree that it will be Takagi or Sato or both. Takagi is Conan's confidant in the police force and Sato has great observation skills. Since they are mostly together, maybe they will discover BO while investigating something for Conan.

I have a question. This has been bothering me for quite a while. In the movie where Conan shoots at Ran's leg to graze her when she was held by the killer (forgot what movie) and also when Ran lost her memories and Conan drove a speedboat in Tropical Land (forgot also what movie), Conan mentioned that he learned both skills while he was in Hawaii (if my memory serves me right. ) I know that movies are not considered canon but still Gosho-sensei is still somehow involved in making them, right? So my question is, was there anything mentioned in the manga or any of sensei's interviews that something significant happened in Hawaii? Because for some reason, I feel like Ran and Shinichi met Sera there. Ran remembers sound of waves while looking at Sera's back. Somehow it reminds me of a beach. I know my speculation sounds silly but... just feel like mentioning it anyway.
