DC(dubbed in Chinese) isn't banned in China(I mean in mainland), but it isn't on TV now. Perhaps they don't think it neccessary to broadcast since boring domestic cartoons have already occupied the whole market. They prefer to let children/teenagers watch them rather than provide them with some really good cartoons from Japan.
