Well, um....I think your friend meant that he watched the last episode of DC SO FAR. It's impossible to have watched the last episode, because, if someone did, they would go blabbing off to their friends and suddenly the whole world would know.
But I think we all know how DC is going to end. (Like, generally)

it actually helped a lot.another question, does that mean that DC hasn't released the last episode yet? cause my friend told me that he already watched the last episode of DC, but i don't know if its true or hes just bragging

Oh, technically, DC will go on forever, unless Gosho Aoyama decides to end it, or he dies. However, he's already passed the plot of the last episode to his co-workers, so in case he does dies, they'll film the last episode.
