Welcome to DCW! I'm Sayomi (er, I don't think that was necessary to say but whatever) and I hope you have a good time here! Yes, a lot of us are unique... some are on the crazy side... but it's okay! We welcome all kinds of people on here ^.^

Welcome to DCW! It's extraordinarily fun, but just a note, most members here are crazy. Maurice is the founder of this site, and he is a guy. We have three mods here as well. Currently (at date of post), the member with the largest amount of posts in Skyron. He is known for changing his username frequently. The two most popular names so far have been Mohorovicic and xXLeration. He has a changing sig and avatar, so no, your computer is not going crazy. He changes his member title as well. The one with the second most posts (at date of post) is Shuichi Akai. Skyron exceeded him recently. They both have over 4000 posts. Officer Kaoko is another member you want to know. Her current member title is DCW's Best Dancer. She has an excellent reputation. Let's see, we also have Aeyra, real name Amy Z. She's a math freak (yes, she does admit this), and is probably DCW's best source for anything to do with numbers. She constantly harasses Mohorovicic/Skyron for changing his username so frequently. Chelseaj500. What to say about her? She has an...interesting laugh, one that imitates Akako. She also writes fanfiction. She is the author of Into the World of Detective Conan, which some of you may have heard of. Detective Kudo is probably the most experienced out of all of us with deductions, as he has made absolutely superb ones. If you've got any riddles or mysteries you want to test, he's the guy you go to. Then there's me. I've made the record for quickest to reach 500 posts...and 1000...and 2000...and 3000.... I write Fanfiction as tonsostuff. I have the 3rd most posts and am one of the more active members online. As you see, a lot of us have things like "DCW's Best..." "DCW's..." etc. 500 posts may seem like a lot, but if you put time and effort into it, you can get there really quickly (I'm a prime example of that, got there in, um, 4 days). Reputation: Reputation is a representation of how popular the member is (or sometimes, how good their posts are). As Mohorovicic says, Welcome to DCW, and have fun!

Oh dear, it appears I have neglected my halibut duties... Back to business... As far as Akai's acting goes, he may not like to pal around with kids/teens, and water plants and stuff, but he has a really strong motivator to act well. Akai as Okiya is trying to hide from both the FBI and the Org, but is also trying to stay close enough to watch and potentially protect Ai and Conan (and Jodie as well). By staying close to the action he is likely to run into people who know who he is out of disguise. In this kind of position, the safety of Kir's life and potentially his own comes down to how well can convince people he isn't Akai. Akai chose to stay in a risky location by living near Ai (both the apartment and Shinichi's house are close). We don't know if Akai knows about Vermouth's agreement with Conan not to chase after Haibara, and even if he did, Vermouth might come around to spy on things anyway. Also, Okiya is shown following the FBI (Jodie). Assuming Okiya is Akai, Akai didn't deem it a good idea to let the FBI know about his fake death plan, and we know the Black Org spies on the FBI (Vermouth found out all of their living arrangements). If Okiya is following the FBI, he has to be discreet in case the Org is also watching them. Also, Vermouth can disguise as virtually anyone, all the more reason for him to keep in character all the time, even around people he thinks are friendly.

In terms of Shinichi: Ran>Shiho/Ai In terms of personality quality: Shiho/Ai>>>>>Ran Ai is much more mature and intelligent than Ran.

@DetectiveRJB: I agree with Gentleman Theif, it is difficult to comprehend your posts, which makes it even more difficult to believe the theories you've exhibited. However, this is a theory board, and most of them probably aren't on mark anyways, since we cannot find the actual truth until later on, so I suppose such posts do belong here regardless (most of them anyways). Like Gentleman said there, I also am having a hard time believing that Akemi is Okiya -- and even a harder time believing about the 'secret marriage'. Regardless, each person to his own, I suppose~

I also believe Scar Akai is Bourbon. Even though Jodie believes Akai lost his memory and is unable to speak, would you really smile at a sniper (Chianti) if you had no memory? Because of that, you can assume he either has his memory or is just crazy. But also, Akai wouldn't just go walking the streets as himself for no reason, or else him and people around him could be killed because of this. I think he's trailing the FBI and walking around to get reactions and maybe find out if Akai was alive this way. The fact Okiya drank Bourbon that time can be explained in two ways: First, Gosho used a similar trick on Jodie before. He pointed out Jodie was drinking Sherry to imply she was Vermouth, which of course was proven false. Secondly, Akai's favorite drink is Bourbon, as Andre Camel points out. This isn't logistic evidence proving Okiya is Bourbon, but this rather implies it, although it can also imply Okiya is Akai too. Also, the reason Scar Akai may not be speaking is because (if he is Bourbon), he may not be able to disguise his voice, therefore not speaking at all. Also, Gin even saw Scar Akai, yet he canceled the pursuit of him, and even lowered the gun from Kir's (Hidemi Hondou's) head. At the very least, he wouldn't lower the gun from Kir's head if he saw Akai, which implies he knows something about that Scar Akai, possibly realizing it was Bourbon.
