Relationship Analysis
Shuichi and Akemi started going out when he was infiltred into the Black Organization, using her for the infiltration. But, later, he really fell in love on her and broke up with Jodie, who was his girlfriend.
But, Shuichi was discovered as an FBI agent and Akemi and him can't see each other anymore. Although, she sent him an last email, talking about the 1000 million yen robbery plan and the posibility of if she left the Black Organization after it, they thurlly go out, but she died and they can't continue.

Episode 498: Clash of Red and Black (Disturbance)
In the anime version of File 600, it is reveled that Akemi and Shuichi met because she hit him with the car. She quickly called for an ambulance and they took him to the hospital. In the hospital, they met and reveled each other their names, although Shuichi lies and told her his name was Dai Moroboshi. After it, they started meeting.
