Kosei Takahashi (高橋 恒星 ,Takahashi Kōsei) is a Japanese animator, mainly known for his key animation and animation director works in Detective Conan anime and movies.

Takahashi worked as the assistant animation director for the movies and animation director for the anime as a start of his work in Detective Conan. Initially he worked mainly with the staff from the TMS Entertainment animation production team from 2017 to 2019. In 2021, he returned to the series and partnered with Yusuke Shimizu and Eiichi Tokura, as a representative of Mouse.
