Fumimaro Ayanokoji (綾小路 文麿 Ayanokōji Fumimaro?) is a character in the anime franchise Detective Conan.

Background

Fumimaro Ayanokoji is an Inspector in Kyoto Prefectural Police. He is known to be polite and snarky, as well as of noble descent. He has no close friends, with the sole exception is the cute little chipmunk he takes everywhere with him.

Suzu Chika

Suzu Chika

Suzu Chika is a 19 years old maiko. He loves her, but isn't revealed whether he is reciprocated. Not wanting to lose her, he often follows her in secret. Worries him an anonymous payment sent every month to the tea house where she works, but then he discovers that came from his father and she had asked herself to him for interrupt it three months earlier. Initially, he didn't know who is her father because, after the premature death of her unmarried mother, she was raised by Tae Yamakura, the mistress of Tea House in Miyagawacho where his mother worked as a geisha. So when she reveals to him that her father is Enkai, the old chief priest of Sanno Temple, he is furious and defines him: "That dirty priest!"

Suspecting that Heiji Hattori will be interested in her, he tries in vain to remove him from the investigation of a serial murder case. However, at the end, he hasn't longer to worry about Hattori, who discovers that his first love from eight years ago was Kazuha Toyama and not Suzu Chika, but about two regular guests of Tea House.
