Eiichi Tokura (徳倉 栄一 Tokura Eiichi) is a Japanese animator. He is affiliated with the mouse studio.

As a affiliant of the mouse studio, Eiichi joined the production of Detective Conan anime in 2021, episode Rondo in Bad Company, working along with the other representatives of the mouse studio, Kousei Takahashi and Yusuke Shimizu.
