Displays a featured article template to be shown on the articles.
An extra parameter is required to represent date that it was featured. For example:
- {{FeaturedArticle|January 29, 2013}}
This should give:

This is a featured article on the Detective Conan Wiki. This article was featured on January 29, 2013 |
