Part 1
So there's this famous Ryouma guy, and he has a belt. So Suzukis grandpa tries to get the belt, but when he tries to buy it from this guy, he doesn't exactly believe its real. And Kaitou Kid sends this message that he's coming, but not to steal anything. Only to return 3 things that Phantom Lady stole. So some people are like, just let it go cause he's only coming to return things. And other people are like, catch him! This is another chance. And Conan is confused and is trying to find out what is so special about a rain day, ( because Kaito said he would come when its raining.) And the episode ends with a whole bunch of police officers, facts, and a confused Conan.
