Jiu Ri (九 日 Jiǔ Rì) is a Chinese animator from Zhejiang Province. They only served as animation director in Detective Conan anime. They are affiliated with Ningbo Maidong Yinghua (宁波麦冬映画), a Chinese animation firm that was recently involved in a Mouse outsourcing episode, episode 1076, for which the firm name was credited as "animation director" as a whole.

As of the present, Jiu Ri has only worked on the animation direction for one Detective Conan episode. Before that, the firm they belonged to had participated in the production of The Charismatic CEO's Secret Plan as well, as the animation director role, but it is unknown whether Jiu Ri had taken part in the production.
