Toyoko Kamemitsu murdered two of them, but she didn't have a motive to kill the two. The author of the book "The Melting Weapon" was Toyoko Kamemitsu, Chino said that the book she made was awful, without knowing the she wrote that book, she murdered the two of them in order to frame Chino, she regret for what she did had done, she surrenders to the police, and she knows that killing a person is sinful.
