Huang Feng (黄 凤 Huáng Fèng)[N 1] is a Chinese animator from Sichuan Province. They only served as animation director in Detective Conan anime

Works in Detective Conan
Huang Feng first became an animator in 2017, serving as in-between animation in TV series A Centaur's Life. However, it is not until 2019 that they started being active regularly, having for the first time the positions of key animation, in BEM, and animation director, in The Quintessential Quintuplets, Cinderella Nine and Senryū Girl, among others. They affiliated with many animation studios that employed Chinese nationals, namely Hangzhou and Ningbo based Studio Mindo[N 2], Musashino based Garden of Light Animation (光の園合同会社 Hikari no Sono gōdōkaisha), Tokyo based Studio Massket, Chengyu Animation (誠宇動画) and Tokyo based Seed Animation (株式会社 シード).
In Detective Conan, Huang was first in charge of the animation correction for the 2nd part of Out for Revenge, since that episode was outsourced to a Chinese firm, 4tune. The episode first aired in June 2021. They may have also been part of the Studio Mindo team credited as animation director in episode 1076, from 2023. They returned to the series in October 2025, being credited as animation director for The Lucky Cat Saw Everything (episode 1180), which aired in early November. They were part of Garden of Light Animation, tasked with the animation of the episode. However, since the studio was earlier contracted for the animation of The Whistling Bookstore 4 (episode 1146), from December 2024, Huang may have also been a part of the animation staff for that episode.
