Saguru Hakuba (白馬 探 Hakuba Saguru) is a character in the manga Magic Kaito, who has made multiple appearances in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan. Hakuba is another teenage detective, just like Shinichi Kudo and Heiji Hattori. However, he does a lot of his work in England, as well as Japan, and is handed more cases than even Shinichi and Heiji. However, unlike Shinichi and Heiji, Hakuba has been known to make mistakes. Hakuba considers Heiji beneath him, and in one case, criticizes Heiji's every move, even when it turns out Heiji's deductions and ideas were correct over Hakuba's own deductions.
