Displays an item of a cast list.
Usage
Here is the list of parameters that can be used:
{{CastItem|<number of cast members to show>|<character>|<voice actor>|<other work from actor>|<notes>
| image = (Optional) Overrides the default character image which is based on the character name
| link = (Optional) Overrides the default link to the character's page
| image-cast = (Optional) Overrides the default actor image which is based on the actor name
| link-cast = (Optional) Overrides the default link to the voice actor's page

number of cast members to show = Can be 1 or more. If using a number > 1, use 0 for the following row
to skip the first two columns
