Seizo Kato (加藤 精三 Katou Seizou), born February 14, 1927, was a voice actor from Tokyo, Japan. He passed away on January 17, 2014 due to complications from bladder cancer.[1]
In Detective Conan he voiced Kiyonaga Matsumoto.
