Probably because AL felt that way at first but in DCW IRL he always treats her like a younger sister instead for reasons unknown. AL is always trying to get her attention but KKLT is busy IRL so its rare. She does not tease AL much which is his favourite thing about her. And while I won't ever tell her this directly I think you are awesome.....

Metantei Kaitou Kid (AKA MKK)

KKLT's twin on DCW. Instead of calling names, both of them call each other as twin instead. They were the first unrelated twins that appeared on DCW. There are many other twins that popped up after that though. However, MKK is male~ So the relationship of those could be explained as fraternal twins instead of identical twins.

KKLT's sister on DCW. She was the first friend of KKLT. Their good relationship did not blossom at that time. It was only after some time before these two got close. She hates hugs, but KKLT is trying to get a hug from her whenever she can. KKLT seems to like her very much. She also gave IU the nickname "Pipichan" and she seems awfully proud of it. She is also aware of her love interest in Mark(Mohorovicic) and thus she always teases IU about it. Whether or not she is jealous or having fun is unknown.

KKLT's Nemesis on DCW. KKLT declared that he is her Nemesis and so they call each other this for a period of time. However, this is only on the surface. In actual fact, these two are very good friends. How close they are is still not apparent yet. There are rumours going around that there are some romance between these two and many are supporting the pairing. However true is this is yet to be known, because both sides are unwilling to comment on it.
