otoha (音羽-otoha- otoha?), born on January 8, 1998, in Nara Prefecture, is a Japanese singer-songwriter. A former member of the Youtube unit Four-Eight 48, she is known for her songwriting and her Youtube career, having notably written the lyrics and composed songs for anime band Kessoku Band, from the manga Bocchi the Rock!.

Biography

In junior high school, otoha saw the documentary Michael Jackson's This Is It and was inspired to become a guitarist after seeing Orianthi's performance. In high school, she would later try to create a band a started looking for a singer, but could not find one, so she resolved on singing by herself[1]. She created her Youtube channel in October 2016 and started posting her songs on the channel from then on. She joined the Youtube group Four-Eight 48 in 2019, but after receiving slander for a medley posted in late 2021, she left the group in February 2022[2]. otoha had her major debut on February 14, 2024, by releasing two singles with major label Kioon Music[3].
