Conan’s Secret Chapter 4: Fire!

“Hmm. After what they had been talking about the day I secretly spied them, I think I need to follow them in order to know what they are doing. How will I do that?” Ran wondered as she paced around the room.

In the corner of her eye she saw something on Conan’s desk. She went over to see what the object was. To her surprise it was a tracking device with a bug that she could put on a person.

“What is this doing on Conan’s desk? Why does he have this high-tech tracking device, unless Dr.Agasa gave it to him as a toy. No way I’m going to let him keep this device, in fact I’m going to use it to track down Shinichi,” Ran murmured to herself.

Ran took the device from the table and marched up to Shinichi’s house. She rang the door bell which made him come out in a grouchy mood. Before he could even ask Ran why she wants him outside in the morning, Ran hugged him. When she was doing that she secretly put the bug on Shinichi without him knowing.

“What the heck are you DOING!?!?! I’m not like you brother or boy friend or anything!” Shinichi yelled at the top of his lungs.

“So, are you saying you are not glad to see me and doing that to you?” Ran questioned.

Shinichi just grunted and went back inside his house to finish his breakfast. Ran walked back home and smiled in satisfaction. After 5 hours Shinichi and Hattori were about to set off to the old empty ware house at Beika City until Kazuwa ran up to him and said to him that Ran and her are going too. Hattori decided not to argue so he just let Kazuwa tag along with her friend.

Kazuwa said to the two detectives that she and Ran would be hanging out at the cafe, so the two boys ran out of sight. Ran decided to give them some time before she would follow them so they won’t get suspicious. After an hour or two she decided to track them down. “Kazuwa, could I just have a little time to myself and walk around?” Ran asked. “Sure, go on. I’ll be fine here,” Kazuwa replied.

Ran went on with her plan and took out the tracking device. After a while she found herself at an abandoned ware house.

“Okay, I’m almost there,” Ran said to herself as she gingerly squeezed through the opened basement window.

Instead of finding only Shinichi and Hattori, she found herself in a battle between the police and the Black Organization. Before she could approach Jodie-sensei to ask what is going on. Shinichi yelled at her to watch out. There, on the opposite side of the room from her with Vermouth holding a gun, refusing to shot her.

“What are you doing!? Shot her now! Fire!” Gin commanded.

Vermouth refused which caused Gin to drive his dagger into Vermouth’s back killing her. This also caused her finger to let go of the trigger.

The lone bullet whizzed through the air, right at Ran

Let Shinichi take the shot, we can't let Ran die but let take shinichi to the hospital. BTW no permanent injuries k? temporary only like a broken leg or when have to take surgery some thing like that
