Viridian v Funimation

Hey, I know about the Funimation dub of Detective Conan/Case Closed, but i am hearing something about the viridian dub. is that the japanese dub, or is that another english dub? and if it is the english dub, are they going to go and introduce Vi graythorn? please help!

Viridian is the same as the original release, regardless of the original group... the difference is the packaging it comes in, and possibly the video/audio quality (I don't know much about it).... don't expect to see any episodes beyond what's already been released

No. Only season's 1-5 have been released as Viridian sets. As Southpaw said,only the packaging is different and nothing else. Since we didnt get a season 6 where Ai appears,we get introduced to her in movie 3 in case you were wondering.
