He definitely knows there's more to Conan for sure, as he's noticed his intellect on several occasions. Does he think that he is a shrunken adult or anything of that nature? I don't think so, but he is presented as a good detective, comparable to the rest of the gang (aside from the unsatisfying conclusion of the Scarlet arc). I think he'll find out eventually. The evidence is basically in the Poirot scene where Conan calls Bourbon a liar, and he replies with "You're one to talk". They both know there is more to each other than what is on the surface.
