Tell me which episodes advance the story line (ShinRan romance and antidote)

HUGE FAN OF DC and I've watched about 150-200 episodes now.

 

Can someone tell me which episodes actually advance the only story line in the show (Shinichi getting his body back/his relationship with Ran progressing)

 

I've just finished 192. The longest time he's been in his body so far. 

 

So from here on out, which episodes actually advance the story line? Don't get me wrong I love watching Conan crack cases, but it's getting kind of old. I'm not trying to watch 700+ episodes only to have about 30 of them progressing the plot (i'm exaggerating, but only a little bit... that's the sad part.) Let me know what I need to watch.
