of course, think about it, this IS gin, one of the top operatives of the FLUFFY BUNNIES (what i believe they are really supposed to be called) so he would need to have quite a few diff license plates...

ichi, ni, san, yon, go, loqu, nana (that's what i remember, and i'm not positive if that's correct ... its 1-7... anyways that's only one version of counting)

I think the animators just did that to make it look realistic. Coz, ther isn't any plates in the manga.(As far as I have observed)
