I think it was the opening scene from Movie 13.

Its not episode 128. Its from a movie.

It was when Haibara had a flashback of her sister. I think it was movie 13.

I don't think so, the animation was still not that good. I think it was when there was the remake of the billion yen robbery or the flashback of Haibara in the other black organization arc.
