DavidHolandaOne Posted June 22 Report Posted June 22 It seems that the "background-image url()" style has been replaced with: /* insecure input */ It's something that's present in inspect code of the page, meaning that it's not possible to use images as backgrounds in templates anymore. The collectables no longer displays what its icons are supposed to display, like a DVD logo for the Japanese DVD listing tables. Basically it went from this: Before // After Not to mention that the covers are now small for some reason. I find it disappointing that I was planning to add a custom background for a template (the bricks background specifically), but the template breaks when "background-image url()" is used. So I'm reporting this issue as well.
DavidHolandaOne Posted June 22 Author Report Posted June 22 I found out that the Collectables icons are still showing, but for some reason, it does not work for browsers like Firefox. So it has to be fixed for Gecko-based browsers. The background image style is still a issue tho.
Maurice Posted Monday at 02:47 PM Report Posted Monday at 02:47 PM Looks like a security feature from Firefox-like engines. And I understand why it could be considered as such since it would be possible to have an external resource injected that way. Can you quickly tell mw where we use background-images like such? Only on the Collectibles page I believe? Is there a setting in your Firefox that can whitelist specific sites for this security check?
