Here are the bottom line spoilers (up to File 1,146): Spoiler As Shinichi/Conan reflects about Itakura and Shiho's/Ai's words about "being punished" for "going against" the "flow of time", Ayumi mentions that she and her mom saw a man in a black hoodie pick up and carry away and old man. Shinichi/Conan, thinking there may be a BO connection to this, runs to investigate and insists that Shiho/Ai come along as well. The DBs come across the hooded man, who's revealed to be Andre. As he explains why he's not a criminal, a commotion comes from an apartment window—a knife flies out and a gunshot rings out. The group bursts in to find bar hostess Ayako Futamura dead, a gunshot wound to her head. Suddenly, Shiho/Ai begins to feel the pressure that comes from a nearby BO member... Rum/Kanenori has arrived on the scene, and upon seeing Andre, wonders if they've met before. Shinichi/Conan approaches Andre as the investigation wraps up, and places a microphone on him so he can do his deduction without being in the room. As Andre is going along with this, Rum/Kanenori notices that Andre's mouth and voice are a little off sync and that Shinichi/Conan is nowhere to be seen. Seeing Shinichi's/Conan's leg in the doorway, Rum/Kanenori rushes to see if he is behind the deduction... only to find Shinichi/Conan looking at a line of ants. The culprit is Michiyoshi Takabuki. He snapped and murdered Ayako when she told him Yuka—another hostess who Michiyoshi had been seeing—had lied about her pregnancy and that she never intended to kill herself. Rum/Kanenori opens the door to leave and bumps into Andre—Andre says the same line he said to Rum that night in the warehouse 2 years ago, causing Rum/Kanenori to recall that very meeting.
