I think that Naruto(as a manga) has become pretty boring. I liked more the adventures before timejump and the fights between Konoha and Akatsuki in the beginning of the shippuuden... The war is so boring but I have to say... I'm curious to know who is behind that mask.

Or something... -He blew up the bomb in the car using his mobile phone for that... And of course I have no evidences yet.

I also think it's that to-be-husband. BUT It also could be the to-be-wife. The woman's fakenails are kinda suspicious(or at least they are somekind of key in this case). Them were strongly decorated and it's possible that someone else has nails like that too.(to-be-wife is the murderer and faked her death in order to escape her marriage...) But I can say more when I have read the English translation. This is just a crazy idea that popped out from mind. Maybe I should go to sleep... Night!
