Sorry Ai-chan, but the purpose of reps would be to reward people for good or meaningful posts. Doing it just because people want reps defeats the purpose completely.

I wouldn't doubt it. I'm shy or at the very least antisocial when it comes to people I don't know very well. Older than me, younger than me, I can talk to both (was talking to my cousin who's...some 11 years older than me about hacking :V), but only if I know them well.
