Nice. My writing teacher said something like that, though to be honest, I'd rather write stories. When I write poems...they often turn into songs, or at the very least have a beat to them. My poems tend to be about emotions...not really about nature. Lol. Anyways, I thought that your poem was sweet. Though most don't describe skin to be "as pure as a pearl".

I'm not too shabby. Btw, Twin, I only write 3 rewrites for my regular fanfic chapters. 1 draft, 1 2nd draft, and 1 edited/beta-ed chapter. For my other writing, my teacher recommends 7 rewrites at minimum.
