No. It's a type of mental disorder where you are either can't sleep, or not willing to sleep. In my case, I can't sleep. There's a good side to this (like when you drive,) but this is not that great as many people think they are... Only cure to this is by sleeping via sleeping pills, but that makes it worse over time.
