Maybe for one of the movies; he could help the FBI solve a case or something, but in the manga I really hope it doesn't happen because I love the way some cases are centered around Japanese culture, and if it were gone for a long time, I'd be upset. -

We have to wait until it comes out on DVD, and I believe that is in October, so sometime around then.
