even though there IS a little possibility of this happening, (since shinichi isn't the type of person who could make ran suffer), i think ran will be much colder to people and she would never marry..though before the "cold state", she will be locking herself in her room and cry all night and day..
After thinking about this for a little while you might be right with the part that she won't marry ANYONE, i mean ANYONE. She probably won't even have the heart to marry that doctor person. and obviously she will cry....... I mean what else did she did besides crying while waiting for shinichi?*starcasim* :roll:

I would choose ran because:
1. she's prettier than Ai no offense to the aicons
2. She not maybe genius smart but she's not an idiot either. May be you will call her regular intelligence or enriched.
3. She's patient caring and kind no to mention how long she waited for shinichi to come back.
4. She's just my favorite character compared to the others.
Oh and about ayumi, she does look cute with conan but is just not the right pairing. any way she has genta and mitch. Oh guys just to let u know that probably at the end of the series Ran will most likly have a happy ending with Shinichi cause Ran is Gosho's favorite character and he won't let her have a sad ending. I am in favor Of Ran since I could relate to her a lot. We both take karate but we're in different belts. Both have a single person we like and forever waiting for them. Although I could also compare my self to Ai as being very smart and mature I find myself understanding Ran's feelings better. Besides wasn't Shinichi about to kiss Ran and probably propose her in the episodes a desperate revival?

Oh guys just to let u know that probably at the end of the series Ran will most likly have a happy ending with Shinichi cause Ran is Gosho's favorite character and he won't let her have a sad ending. I am in favor Of Ran since I could relate to her a lot. We both take karate but we're in different belts. Both have a single person we like and forever waiting for them. Just to let you know...I posted my audition on youtube also since I don't know how to post videos on here. The sound quality is kind of bad and I could redo it if you want me to.

I don't know if I could audition for a voice part of a girl I'm good at voice acting but my voice is considered low for a girl I could attempt to do Ran's voice or haibara's but that's the best that I could do. Also I could also sing really well and do the opening and ending songs if you like or translate them into the english revised version of the two songs.( I'm great at those you should seen them in the anime forum section)

For My own Opinion I think Ran. One reason is because well, eventhough she is not as mature as Ai Ran is a lot more warm hearted and stronger. In terms of food I don't know how good Ai cooks but I think Shinich would go with Ran. I think Ai also has a sense of fashion too not so much for Ran, But i don't think shinichi would like that. Anyways Ai is older than Ran!!! If you watched Ova9 Stranger in 10 years you'll see that Shinichi is desperatly finding Ran and trying her to stop from approving Araidi Sensie's proposal. Also Ran is a lot prettier the Ai. So I would go with Ran.

The only reason why you couldn't see kaito kid is because I just switched my drawings you will be able to see it sooner or later.

your drawings are pretty good. I would say that Shinichi's or Conan's face is a little chubby and the nose is a little too low. the second drawing is really good and I don't really have anything to say to help you correct it.

pretty good. You could add more details you know to make the story a little bit more understandable since in some parts it is a little confusing but generally the story is just plain great!

Since that day Shinichi a.k.a. Conan, died in front of Ran’s eyes, Ran had lately had been feeling depressed. She tried to remember his last moments with her while she clutched onto her diamond studded dove pendant that Shinichi gave for her birthday.
“Why does this have to happen to me?” Ran whispered to herself.
She looked at the picture of Shinichi on her desk. The tears and the horrible flashbacks returned to her head and eyes. She shook her head and told herself that she should forget about him since he was dead, but she just can’t.
All of those memories with Conan and Shinichi flooded back to when she was cutting the wire to stop the timed bomb that will go off on the skyscraper to Shinichi protecting her from the bullet.
Not before long, Ran went with Shinichi’s parents to the funeral. When they were there, it seemed like if all of the people of Japan came here to pay their respects to the great detective. When it was Ran’s turn she muttered some words and then set a rose on his coffin. When Ran took one more glance at Shinichi’s picture, she broke down and cried. Yukkidou Kudo came over and tried to comfort her.
“Well at least you weren’t hurt Ran, I mean you only lost one person. Sooner or later the sorrow will be gone,” Yukkidou whispered to Ran.
Ran replied, “I know one day my sorrow will be gone, but it never got fulfilled. I didn’t just lost one but two people, creates a huge gash in my heart.”
Yukkidou looked at her in an understanding way and walked away. After the funeral was finished, Ran went home. She went up stairs and threw herself on her bed and cried herself to sleep. It had been already three months and Ran still didn’t feel any joy or happiness. She went downstairs to the kitchen and took an object and went back to her room she wrote a note explaining why she isn’t here. She then took off and went to Shinichi’s grave.
Hattori and Kazuwa decided to visit Ran and try to comfort her sorrow. They rang the door bell. Nobody answered. Hattori knew that Ran’s father isn’t there, but something feels strange. Kazuwa rang the door bell again and again, but nobody answered. Since she was worried about Ran, she forcefully opened the door to find a not lying on the table. When Hattori read the note the blood drains from his face.
“Kazuwa! We have to hurry to Shinichi’s grave immediately! Ran is going to commit suicide!” Hattori shouted.
Kazuwa immediately rushed with Hattori to the grave yard. They found Ran almost ready to commit suicide.
“Five, four, three, two,…” Ran whispered to herself.
“Noooooooo, Ran don’t do it!” Kazuwa and Hattori shouted while running at her.
Ran looked at them with tears in her eyes and whispered, “One.”
The knife held in Ran’s hand got plunged into her already wounded heart. While Ran fell to the ground, Ran had hopes of finding Shinichi in heaven and come back together.

I agree with the idea of bringing back case closed in America and all the other western countries on Cartoon network and other channels. I mean I'm from America and I didn't know Detective Conan until my cousin introduced it to me. It'll probably thrill all kinds of mystery loving people in the western countries.

“Ran! Watch out!” Shinichi shouted.
He threw his body at Ran. All of a sudden a strike of pain throbbed through his body. “Oh no! Please don’t let me change back it isn’t even the fifth day yet.” Shinichi hoped.
As he knocked Ran out of danger, he turned back to Conan right in front of Ran’s eyes. The bullet pierced him at his vital organs. Conan thudded onto the cold concrete floor seriously injured. Ran rushed over to him and shouted at him.
“Shinichi how did you…..Turn into Conan. What is going on with you!? What secret are you keeping from me! Tell me!” As ran yelled those words tears welled up in her eyes.
“Sorry, Ran.*huff huff* I shouldn’t had kept my secret from you.*huff* I am Shinichi. I just want to keep you safe from the Black Organization. *huff huff cough* Please, don’t cry Ran. I am so sorry.*cough wheeze* Shinichi said.
Ran wiped the tears from her face and asked “Why did you do that for me? Why did you always risk your life for me?”
Shinichi looked at her, eyes full of regret and said in his last words “Because I love you Ran, more than anyone else in the world.”
With those last words, Conan collapsed at Ran’s knees. Ran Stood up shakily, took the gun that Shinichi used and pointed it at Gin. “Sorry, this is for Shinichi I have no choice.” Ran whispered.
She fired it and Gin was dead. She then collapsed and weeps over Conan’s dead body. The police forces, FBI, CIA, and Hattori came over with their heads bowed low. Kazuwa came in the commotion and was about to ask ran what happened since she asked the people in the city where did Ran go. Kazuwa stood their as she saw Ran weeping with ever flowing tears on Conan’s body.
“My tears will never reach him now, no matter how hard I cry,” Ran thought.
Everyone stood in complete silent as Ran still kneeled and cried at Conan’s body.

September 14
I can’t believe that I won the regional karate competition! Now that Shinichi promised me that if I won he would bring me to Tropic Land tomorrow….if he remembers of course.
September 15
Remembered how I said Shinichi might forgot that today he needs to bring me to Tropic Land? Oh well guess what…HE FORGOT. BIG TIME. And do you know why? It’s because he solved another stinkin case of his and now everywhere on the TVs is Kudo Shinichi this and Kudo Shinichi that. Not to mention that he was acting like a total idiot we his hardy har har laugh on his way to school and that he was talking about Holmes Holmes and more Holmes. I got super irritated. I mean who likes to talk about Holmes all day? (No offense to the Sherlock Holmes lovers in the world) Anyway he since he solved another case successfully it got my dad really mad. I told this to Shinichi who said it wasn’t his fault that he was a better detective than him. But I showed him to not to mess around with me cause I punched a stone pole and cracked it and that obviously shut him up. All the way to school he kept showing me his fan and love letters which caused me to get curious on whether he could just have on girlfriend. This of course just caused him to stare at me…..in a weird way not to mention that he accidently looked under my skirt. That got me really mad and of course after I hit him, he just laid on the ground with that smirk smile on his face.
September 16
I had a blast at Tropic land yesterday. Shinichi and I had as great time there. Sonoko said to me it was about time that you boyfriend asked you out which just made me cringe at the sound of that. While riding the Mystery Coaster a person was murdered there and Shinichi of course solved the case. It was a sad one where the victim’s old girlfriend was the murderer because he dumped her for another woman. She used the necklace he gave her as the murder weapon and planned going on suicide after murdering him. After that……oh it’s too painful to say. Shinichi left me that day. He ran off telling me to go home without him. I have a bad feeling that I will never be able to see Shinichi ever again. Once I got home my crazy drunkard father was getting high on his beer and made a big mess. Once I finished cleaning up I called Shinichi’s house, but no one picked up. I went over to his house since I was worried to death about him. I didn’t find Shinichi but I did find Professor Agasa and a cute little boy with glasses named Conan. Since Professor Agasa asked me if I could take care of him for a while I took Conan home with me because I agreed to do it. On the way I asked if Conan liked anybody and he said no, but I told him who I like. Surprisingly he guessed right on what person I like which is that deduction manic Shinichi. Once I reached home I felt like if Conan was my little brother.
