Spimer has translated some latest case related ones.
Pic 1: "I'm on a diet right now."
Pic 2: "That should make dad (his own?) calm down."
Pic 3: "My bad, Sanada - kun!"
Pic 4: "Yamada - san's an Italian Wine as well!" -
Movie Maker software. It's not the fault of the equipment, but my not timing my voice right in places.

I put together this little English dub clip from the Meeting with the BO clip in the style of the Case Closed dub with myself doing Pisco assuming Bill Flynn may have played him and using Troy Baker's Gin voice. There are a few missing effects and delays, but try to enjoy it for what it is.

Eh, nothing much of consequence happened, just another fakeout. At least Haibara showed she's starting to become a little more normal.

Oh, my. If Y+H aren't in a relationship, what was that favor they wanted?

It's a bit funny how Ai is so fixated on Yoko to not even notice that Higo is standing just a few feet from her.
LOL! I think that's the point. She's so jealous, it's not about Higo anymore, it's about her percieved rivalry with Yoko.

Nice job as usual, Chek! There are some pretty big plotholes. If I had finished my Alternate Bourbon story, this may have served as a blueprint on the mistakes to avoid.

I agree with the "sense" thing, but keep in mind that "strong" doesn't have to mean "strongly built and muscular".

Some more, courtesy of Jecka.
Special thanks as well to Spimer for the quick translation. It's related to the latest case.
Pic 1: "I decided to begin with a light-hearted case... * laughs *..."
Pic 2: "I tend to wonder if it's fitting but... ( )"
Pic 3: "It isn't! (`^´)"
Pic 4: "It's named "Italian Wine"! * laughs *..." -
Chapter 11. May be the last one for all I know.

Agreed on both counts. So excited to see the unexpected team up of these two.

Heartbroken Kogoro and Haibara unite! LOL! Kuroda is mentioned somewhere as well, apparently.

PirateKing over at DCTP had this theory, which I found pretty interesting:
After watching episode 783 (Scarlet Epilogue), and re-reading Chapter 898, I'm interested in the seemingly innocent case in between, that is Professor Agasa and the vinegar cups. Just a quick recap for those who haven't read recently - Professor Agasa places four cups in front of him - 3 contain vinegar and one contains lemon juice. He tells the Detective Boys that they can shuffle the glasses around while he's not looking, but he can always find the glass that contains the lemon juice - and he does.
Confused about this, the Detective Boys ask Conan and Subaru about it, who then attempt to solve the case. A lot of panels later, it's revealed that all four glasses actually contained vinegar from the start, and that Agasa was only pretended like he was drinking lemon juice in order to fool the Detective Boys. Right then, is (what I think) is a clue :
Genta : "But that's..."
Subaru : "Cheating."
Now, while this just seems to be a another case of the unreliable narrator, what if it isn't? A few posts earlier, I'd mentioned that Rum's one-eyed appearance seems to good to be true, and that it's probably false information spread by Rum himself, so that the focus of those trying to identify him are turned the wrong direction. The lemon juice-vinegar case itself, where Agasa cheated up front looks to me like foreshadowing of Rum, and that his/her identity will not be who we think it is.
It looks to me like Gosho is telling the reader that sometimes it's important to resort to a bit of cheating to get a point across, which is done by making Agasa cheat (which I don't think he's done before). It's like a veiled statement that even Gosho may cheat from there on when he reveals information to us - like the case of Rum's fake eye, and that the readers shouldn't take it at face value. I'm going to be a little careful about writing down people with fake eyes as Rum, because he/she might not even have a fake eye in the end. Just what I think, though. -
The next case in the back on schedule "love revelation" will be in an Italian restaurant, per the official Shonen Sunday site.

Still in the top ten. I'd say his job's still secure.

Here's the bumper for your nostalgia fix. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRwzpDnIUEw
It was pretty much the same for me too. I caught a promo for it on Adult Swim, watched the first episode when it first aired back in '04, and was a follower from that point on.

Exactly, in my alternate Vermouth story, I was going to have Yoko Vermouth attempting to make moves to kill Ai once she had her alone, only to have it be revealed to be Conan in disguise (like the Halloween case), since it was obvious that after she got the BO scent from her in the hotel, we would realize that she had told Conan all he needed to know, yet he still finds himself in a tight spot

Newest thanks to Startold and Jimmy
"A major love relationship is about to be revealed in the next case! A big couple is about to be born!"
The last one just says "Guuuuun!"
No idea what the last one refers to in terms of a gun, but the "couple" in question is getting people talking. As you know, Gosho had revealed that this year was where Ran would answer Shinichi's "confession". Then again, it could just be Chiba and that female officer whom no one cares about.

I see. Thanks.

Newest AC translations, thanks to Jecka and Spimer.
The first is a pretty funny blooper story from the recording of the anime version of "Scarlet Series"
"When (Toru) Furuya, during his recording of "Scarlet Series" was supposed to say the line "Akai..Shuichi..", He accidentally said "Akai.. Suisei.." (Red Comet; Char's nickname from Gundam). The entire studio exploded with laughter. *Laughs*"
"The anime version of "Scarlet Series" looks nice, however, I'd preferred that they'd used black for Yusaku's neck choker. Looks like they'll fix it on the DVD ( )v.."

Startold and Jecka have estimated that the "Dad should calm down now." is written from Ran's perspective, while the "Sanada-kun" comment is from Ai's concerning the case.
That returned everything to the status quo.
