Dear.
You'll hear me saying "My Dear Master" and "My Dear Mentor" and "My Dear Friend" to address these people more formally. When I use "Dear" when referring to girls, I do it to show how close I feel to them; when I use it on boys, I do it to show how much I respect them. :V
