Good to know... that you haven't seen Lupin III. The movie with Conan isn't that bad, but the original show is weird. I watched the first episode this summer and haven't decided whether or not I actually want to go back and watch more or not. I remembered it from my childhood, when I was around 13 or 14, but I was watching the US censored version.
